Here I am, doing the blog thing again.

Got some kinda good news this time. The human resources guy from work returned my call and told me that not only do I qualify for short-term disability, but I also qualify for FMLA. That's Family and Medical Leave, for those of you not in the know. This means that I can be out on disability and still get paid for it, and if I have the doctor pre-date the papers I can get compensated for the time I've already been out for. Good stuff.

The other good news is that Tony has an interview with Wal-Mart on Wednesday. That takes a load of stress off me because we will have some kind of income now, because I know he will get the job. They are hiring for stock people, I believe they call it ICS, but I heard from my friend Kim that they also need a Toy Dept. Manager. And Tony was the toy dept. mgr. at Ames, a department store up north. He's got the experience and knowledge to do it, and he's really good at talking with people.
